Terms of Service

Effective: June 20, 2026  ·  Last Updated: June 20, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using RaptorIPTV. These Terms govern your access to and use of our IPTV streaming service. By subscribing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RaptorIPTV service (the "Service"), including our website at raptoriptv.ca and any IPTV streaming credentials provided to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and RaptorIPTV ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Service Description

RaptorIPTV is a reseller of Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming services. We provide subscribers with access credentials (M3U URL or Xtream Codes login) that enable access to live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data sourced from third-party content providers.

Important: RaptorIPTV does not host, produce, broadcast, or own any of the content accessible through the Service. All content is provided by independent third-party suppliers. We act solely as a reseller and technical access provider.

4. Account and Credential Responsibilities

Upon activation of your subscription, you will receive login credentials to access the Service. You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping credentials confidential — do not share your M3U URL, username, or password with any third party.
  • Authorized use only — credentials are issued for personal, non-commercial use by a single household. Commercial redistribution or resale of credentials is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.
  • Single concurrent stream — your subscription permits one (1) active stream at a time unless you have purchased a multi-connection plan. Simultaneous use of credentials on multiple devices beyond your plan limit may result in immediate suspension.
  • Device security — ensuring that devices used to access the Service are secure and free from malware.
  • All activity under your credentials — you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

If you believe your credentials have been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, provincial, federal, or international law or regulation.
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or any content accessed through it.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Service Delivery and Uptime

We strive to provide a reliable streaming experience and target a 99.9% uptime for our service infrastructure. However, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No guaranteed uptime — we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or third-party provider outages may cause temporary interruptions.
  • Third-party dependency — the availability and quality of content streams depend on upstream third-party content providers over whom we have no direct control. Channel availability, stream quality, and EPG accuracy may vary.
  • Internet connection — a stable, high-speed internet connection is required. We are not responsible for buffering, quality degradation, or service interruptions caused by your internet service provider or local network conditions.
  • Geographic restrictions — certain channels or content may be subject to geographic licensing restrictions and may not be available in all regions.
  • Maintenance windows — we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice where practicable.

Service interruptions lasting more than 48 consecutive hours attributable solely to our infrastructure (excluding third-party provider outages, force majeure events, or issues with your internet connection) may be eligible for a pro-rated service credit at our discretion. Credits are applied to future billing periods and are not redeemable for cash.

7. Digital Content Access Limits

Access to digital content through the Service is subject to the following limitations:

  • Personal use only — content accessed through the Service is for your personal, private, non-commercial viewing only. Any public performance, broadcast, or display is prohibited.
  • No downloading or recording — you may not download, record, capture, copy, or store any content streamed through the Service without express written permission from the applicable rights holder.
  • No redistribution — you may not redistribute, transmit, or make available any content to third parties through any means.
  • Content changes — the channel lineup, VOD library, and EPG data are subject to change at any time without notice, based on availability from our upstream providers. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific channel or content title.
  • Concurrent stream limits — as described in Section 4, your plan includes a defined number of concurrent streams. Exceeding this limit is a breach of these Terms.

8. Billing and Payments

The following terms apply to all payments for the Service:

  • Pricing — current subscription prices are listed on our Pricing page. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods — we accept PayPal, Interac e-Transfer, and cryptocurrency. Payment instructions are provided at the time of purchase.
  • No auto-renewal — subscriptions do not automatically renew. We will notify you before your subscription expires. It is your responsibility to renew if you wish to continue the Service.
  • Activation — your subscription is activated upon confirmation of payment receipt. Activation typically occurs within minutes of confirmed payment.
  • Taxes — prices may be subject to applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST/PST) depending on your province of residence.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate delivery of access credentials upon activation, all sales are final and non-refundable once credentials have been issued and the Service has been activated.

Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • The Service was never activated due to a technical error on our part.
  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

We strongly encourage all prospective subscribers to request a free trial before purchasing a subscription to verify compatibility with their devices and internet connection. Refund requests will not be considered on the basis of device incompatibility or internet connection issues after activation.

To request a refund consideration, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of activation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content accessible through the Service is the intellectual property of the respective content owners and rights holders. RaptorIPTV does not claim ownership of any streamed content.

The RaptorIPTV name, logo, website design, and original written content are the property of RaptorIPTV and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CANADIAN LAW, RAPTORIPTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Interruption or cessation of the Service.
  • Any content accessed through the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RaptorIPTV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

14. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Non-payment or fraudulent payment.
  • Sharing or reselling credentials without authorization.
  • Any activity that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation or court order.

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario), before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
