1. Overview

RaptorIPTV ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

RaptorIPTV operates as a reseller of IPTV access services. We do not host, store, upload, or transmit any audio, video, or other copyrighted content on our own servers. All content streams are provided by third-party content providers and delivered directly to end users. We do not have editorial control over the content made available through those streams.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following:

  • 1A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • 2Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
  • 3Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., channel name, stream URL, or description).
  • 4Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • 5A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • 6A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Designated Copyright Agent

Please send all DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent via email:

[email protected]

Please use the subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, RaptorIPTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service for any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others.

6. Disclaimer

RaptorIPTV is a reseller and does not host or control the content delivered through third-party IPTV streams. We are not responsible for the content of those streams. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will forward it to the relevant upstream provider and take commercially reasonable steps to address the complaint.

Submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), including damages, attorney's fees, and costs.
